Decide whether ESTA is your official route first
ESTA is not a generic name for a ‘US electronic visa’, and a course title cannot establish eligibility. Start with the CBP ESTA official page to see whether the passport belongs to the programme, then use the Department of State page to check how actual study activity, duration and personal facts may affect the route.
The school’s course description is key evidence
Obtain the school’s written confirmation of course goal, weekly hours, total duration, campus and fees. Tourism, short non-credit activity and study that needs student documentation cannot be mixed. What a school can issue also does not decide an individual travel authorisation or admission result.
Submit only through official entry points and protect data
Use the official website, and check passport name, number, date of birth and email field by field. Keep reference and payment evidence private; do not send full passport, payment data or account codes to third parties. Follow official instruction to decide whether an amendment or new application is needed.
An approved record does not replace a pre-departure check
Before travel, recheck passport, course evidence, housing, return or onward arrangement and airline requirements. Border inspection and individual admission decisions are made by the relevant authorities; a course change or old record does not automatically override current facts.
