Layer French transport tools by city and national rail
Paris RATP and Île-de-France Mobilités are not the same system as provincial urban networks; for intercity rail, use SNCF Connect and station notices. Enter the school address, housing, actual early/late class and last connection in the relevant official tool.
France-Visas, school and housing channels each own one task
France-Visas handles visa route, the school handles course and attendance, and the accommodation provider handles check-in and emergency rules. Do not treat one party's email as another party's approval; retain their separate official contacts and document versions.
Phone, payment and health information
Confirm the phone supports a local SIM or eSIM before activation; handle payment issues only through formal bank channels. Prepare medical appointments, insurance and prescription information through the insurer, school support or French formal health-service process.
112, 15 and non-emergency support
For emergencies, 112 can be used; medical emergency response in France can also be reached on 15. Housing, course and property issues belong with school, insurer, police or the relevant local service, not emergency channels.
Holiday and strike information is not a school closure
Use same-day RATP, SNCF and local-operator notices for rail, Metro or service changes. A public holiday or sector strike does not automatically close a language school; obtain written confirmation from the campus.
