Use the course and duration to identify the route requiring checks
Obtain written school records for course, campus, start and finish, weekly pattern, fees and payments. Irish Immigration Service guidance explains that learning option, duration and nationality can lead to different entry or registration steps; do not apply another person’s route merely because a programme is called a ‘language course’.
Keep study purpose and funding explanation consistent
Present language level, course goal, study period, fee payer and next step after completion should support one another. Funding records should explain source, timing and payer; figures and dates in school bills, forms, housing and budget should correspond.
Organise information privately through AVATS and official guidance
Use current official application-system guidance for personal, course and travel fields, checking name, passport, address, dates and contacts. Keep submission and payment records private and do not send passport, bank or full application pages in group chats; answer any request for more evidence truthfully.
Arrival and registration are not governed by an old guide
If duration crosses a relevant threshold or course, address or passport changes, return to Immigration Service guidance and the school-support team for registration or next steps after arrival. Relevant authorities make results, admission and residence decisions; payment or school paperwork is not individual approval.
