Keep course length and study purpose consistent in every record
School records should state the course, location, start and finish, fees and reporting method. Use the passport name and birth details consistently in school, consular and funding material. A short course, longer study and subsequent residence are not one procedure merely because course names look similar.
Retain original records and recheck when the plan changes
Keep consular correspondence, appointments, processing receipts and original school documents. If the start moves, the institution changes or the stay plan changes, obtain a school explanation and consult Argentina’s official consular and migration channels again instead of relying on old cases shared online.
