Confirm currency and price year first
Check the price list’s currency, tax wording, validity dates, location and whether it applies to adult, junior, online or in-person courses. An old PDF or a screen capture without a year is not a quotation.
Match tiered rates to the full number of weeks
A four-week rate cannot automatically be multiplied into a twelve-week total when a school uses length tiers. Match the actual course weeks and start date, then check whether holiday weeks, breaks, peak supplements or timetable changes affect the calculation.
One-off charges are easiest to miss
Registration, materials, accommodation placement, transfer, medical cover, exam, courier and deposit items may be outside tuition. Request an itemised quote that names each mandatory and optional charge, payment deadline, refund terms and the exchange-rate basis if you pay in another currency.
