Use this content as a planning framework. School availability, promotions, visa, entry and travel rules can change; verify current requirements with the relevant authority before making a binding decision.

Align the Student's Pass application with ICA and school information

Singapore’s Student's Pass is handled through ICA’s official process. Obtain the course, campus, start and finish, student details and school-required application steps first, then take the applicable action through the ICA Student's Pass page; school admission and ICA approval are separate milestones.

Application, in-principle approval and collection are consecutive but distinct

ICA describes Student's Pass application and collection separately. Keep the application reference, school email, payment record and ICA notices, and follow the current notice for time, place, appointment and document requirements. A school confirmation does not itself establish document collection or entry eligibility.

Ask school and ICA again when personal or course facts change

Name, passport, course dates, campus or housing changes can affect submitted information. Retain the original version and update explanation, then use school and ICA official channels to confirm whether amendment, resubmission or post-arrival action is needed; do not circulate pages containing passport information in public groups.
